The greatest and most special flagship store in Tokyo is undoubtedly Isabel Marant´s. Located in the district of Harakuku, this yellow building surrounded by tropical plants, hosts inside a spectacular boutique in a wooden structure built in the 1970s.
The result is an interesting interior design that has been adapted to the wooden core of the building, extrapolating the practical use of wooden beams and using them in a decorative way around the store.
The polished cement floor connects this forest of beams and trusses in a unique and minimalist way. Where accessories, displays and benches are delicately illuminated by skylights reminiscent of traditional Japanese lanterns.
