To lead in the world of experiential retail, Nespresso has developed a new store format that seeks to offer it´s customer a unique immersion into the coffee consumption world. The concept has been tested in New York, Cannes and now opens its doors, Liverpool. The brand plans to open more in the next months all around the world.
The main activities to be found are: interactive classes for customers, Limited Edition releases, demonstrations of machines and accessories and all the insights to mastering the art of coffee making. The limited exhibition provides a sense of “museum-like” space where further than the capsules, what really matters is the lifestyle.
The new concept was developed in-house by Nespresso and shows the brand´s sustainable beliefs. All the wood comes from reforestation programs in coffee farms, and they innovated in the furniture construction with surfaces made from coffee grounds.
