Rajeunir Black Caviar is a luxury dermatological start-up company that successfully marketed it’s products online for many years. Looking for new challenges and ways of growing the business they have now decided to expand into brick-and-mortar locations.
Their physical retail concept was developed by Open Source Architecture and Studio Jantzen. The spaces feature a dual emphasis on technology and luxury. The walls are wrapped with a sinuous system of custom CNC mill cut MDF plywood plates. The horizontal layers painted in matte gold and white have oval voids strategically located to showcase the products and demonstration stations. The overall curvatures of the design and the continuous surface aim to resemble the human skin.
